Citizen information event

In the Lithuanian Telšiai district municipality the event on citizens’ information about EmPaci project survey took place on 11 of October 2019. Klaipeda University researchers dr. Jaroslav Dvorak and Gabrielė Burbulytė-Tsiskarishvili presented general information about EmPaci project and citizens survey which officially started at municipality in the end of September. First questionnaires were explained by Gabrielė Burbulytė-Tsiskarishvili. Dr. Jaroslav Dvorak provided to the residents of Telšiai district municipality information about status quo of participatory budgeting in Lithuania.
